Product: HP EliteDesk 800 35W G4 Desktop Mini PC
Will the 800 G4 35W i5 accept the newer M.2 gen4 NVme drives? The stock drive is gen3 and runs at slower speeds, and I want to take advantage of an easy upgrade for faster performance.

Hi:
A PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD will work in your PC, but only at the Gen 3 speeds.
The PCI express revision for the processor, system board and NVMe slot is Generation 3.
