The organization I work for wanted to buy laptops. We have several bidders who participated on the bid. One of our requirement is for them to submit  Manufacturing Authorization Form and they did that. But we wanted to check the authenticity  of the MAF they submitted. 

 

There is no email address  on the form so i would like your support on this process. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide me with address or give some info on how to authenticate the MAF .
