Goodmorning .
I have a issue with HP TouchSmart 610-1120it.
I can't see the bios log on before a BSOD.
I would reset the Bios and I would have a MB Specs sheet for knowing hardware compatibility and Bridge use.

- What is the exact issue you are facing?
The display IL black from turn on until a BSOD. I cannot use a Windows o Linux live DVD or enter in the bios settings.
- Do you want to flash the BIOS?
No, I have update it before the issue. i want reset it
- Do you want to know the upgrade options available for your computer?
For upgrade Video Card . The HP site do not have a list of compatibily like the CPU

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system. ( reset the computer )

Thank you for posting back.
Bios Recovery using a keypress combination:
- Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.
- Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the Power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
- Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
If this recovery method fails, use another working computer to create a BIOS recovery flash drive to install the latest BIOS file.
