Pavillion h8-1080t

I have an old hp h8-1080t with a pegatron ipmtb-tk motherboard. Can anyone tell me if it an ATX. I'd like to remove i and drop in an asus z270e if case compatible.

Hi,

 

Did you mean uATX?  9.6" by 9.6" is a uATX motherboard size.  The Z270G might fit inside but you will have to determine if the back I/O back will fit. 

 

I had the Truckee motherboard in my older HP PC and it was not spacious inside the cabinet.  The number of available fans would be a consideration if you are planning on installing high wattage components.

Just a wild idea but wanted to confirm. Guess I'll just clean off the ssd and offer it to someone unless I get e better idea of what to do with it as it still runs fine.
