You're very welcome.
I found the driver you need for the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_282F device, zipped it up and attached it below.
You will need to manually install the driver as follows:
Download and unzip the file to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_282F needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file that shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:
[INTEL.ntamd64.10.0...14393]
;windows 10_64_14393 and later
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_282F&CC_0104.DeviceDesc% = iaStorT_inst, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_282F&CC_0104

Hi:
This driver should install the PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2827 device:
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise
4.7.0.1098
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96420.exe
HP split into two companies 10 years ago.
HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.
HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage devices.
If the driver I posted doesn't install both devices, you may want to post your question on the HPE Community forum--Proliant servers section:
