HP All-in-One - 22-df0023w
Microsoft Windows 11

I am needing so much help that it's ridiculous. I don't even know where to start to even ask for help,  but I'll try my best. I have the HP-AIO-22-dfoo23w Product #: 9EE21AA#ABA Serial #: [personal info removed] I upgraded to Windows 11 a while back, version 23H2 I think it is. Anyways, long story short, I knew nothing about computer when I bought the thing, I'm surprised after 3 yrs it's still able to turn on and run somewhat normal, nowadays it's just getting very slow, doesn't want to stay connected to wifi, and my printer does not want to connect to it to either. I realized today that I had been putting in Windows 11 version 21H2 or whatever on the HP support website and downloading all the drivers and even the BIOS. Today, to my surprise, I realized that my computer is the opposite, it's just Windows 11, so I've been downloading the wrong drivers and BIOS the past 3 yrs. Another issue is that I didn't know you were suppose to click on the download to unpack it and install it that way, so I honestly don't even know how many updates, drivers, etc. That are actually installed on this thing. I don't even know what to do I honestly do not. Any time I attempt to use some big name software to help me fix certain issues, later on down the road I get the same error messages telling me the issues aren't fixed. So, I've given up there too. I just need help figuring out what I need to do. If someone could even send me a list of all the correct drivers it needs, and the correct BIOS, that would be great. & do I just delete the wrong drivers? Or how do I do that? Oh and would it be safer, easier, less stressful to just completely reset this thing? Or would it screw up since it doesn't have the correct drivers, etc?? I know this is ALOT for anyone taking the time to read, but PLEASE, I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP, you will be greatly appreciated. 🙂

OH, & if someone could send me the correct manual for it too, I'd love that. When I attempt to download it, it gives me an error code.
