Welcome to our HP community forum!
According to some sources, such as this one, your HP All-in-One 27-cb0244 (318G7AA) can be upgraded up to 2x32GB of DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks, whilst other sources, such as this one, say it is only 2x16GB of the aforementioned RAM -which I think is more likely.
To find out for certain, please type in: cmd in your Windows search bar, right-click on the Command Prompt System App, and left-click on: Run as administrator, and hit: Yes if you're asked for approval.
Then copy/paste/enter:
wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices
For example, on the laptop I am using right now, I get this:
In my case: divide the number 33554432 by 1048576 = 32GB ÷ 2 = maximum of 2 x 16GB RAM sticks.
Please report back and tell me what max RAM you got.
Kind Regards,
