My HP TP01-2357c computer came with one stick of 8GB DDR4 memory.
Want to install 2X8GB memory upgrade, with faster memory, then stock.
How fast of memory will the motherboard (Erica6, B550A) work with?

@Purpleangel -- does the "Performance" tab of the Windows "Task Manager" indicate that your computer is using more than 60% of the 8GB of RAM, while running your usual applications? If not, then buying more RAM -- that will not be used -- is not a wise investment.
Is this your motherboard: HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, Erica6 | HP® Customer Support
That page states:
Memory upgrade information
Dual channel memory architecture (One DIMM per channel)
Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
Supports up to PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200)
Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
Supports up to 32 GB (unbuffered) with two 16 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems
So, adding one identical stick of RAM will allow "dual channel" mode, which makes data transfers to/from the RAM almost double the speed. So, if you can buy an IDENTICAL stick of RAM, just buy ONE stick. If you cannot find a match, then buying a "matched pair" of sticks is an option. One advantage of buying two sticks is buying "fast" RAM -> DDR4-3200.

@Purpleangel -- those are good reasons to upgrade.
See: www.crucial.com for their "memory configurator". It will tell you the EXACT specifications of stick(s) of RAM that will be compatible with your motherboard. You do NOT have to purchase the RAM from them, but doing so confirms that you have purchased the correct RAM.
