The specs of your HP Pavilion 590-p0027nq's motherboard ( https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05991291) indicate that the RAM on your desktop cannot run faster than 2666 MHz, quote: "Supports up to PC4-21300 (DDR4 2666)", [EDIT: Please see my next message] which both RAM sticks do (multiply 1333 by 2). So you're good. Your RAM is working correctly. Forget about "XMP-2666" because whether or not your BIOS even supports XMP profiling, your RAM cannot run faster or better anyway.
I assume your RAM is running in "dual mode" -please check.
Kind Regards,

hi
sorry @NonSequitur777
I don't understand the same thing
I see here, an original module, correct slot 1 ddr4-2666
but with a ddr4-2132 slot 2 module..
different module therefore, it does not seem ideal to me to take advantage of a dual channel, does it?

Sacrément, you are quite correct! -I made a mistake. The second RAM stick is NOT running at 2666 MHz, but at 2133 MHz.
Thus, @AdyTzZzuL, you may consider replacing the Corsair DDR4-2132 RAM in your second slot to a matching DDR4-2666 RAM stick, preferably the same Samsung RAM that is installed in your first slot, such as offered here: Samsung 8GB 1x8GB 288-Pin DDR4 2666 PC4 21300 Desktop Memory Kit 7427063492024 | eBay.
