Product: Pavilion all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP technical told me the PC was not upgradeable but the tech specs it has 16 GB and can go to 32

My question is whether slots for the upgrade or do I pull the card(s) and have to start all over with two 16 GB cards
