Memory Upgrade

How do i add RAM memory to my HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000i (9FK23AV)? I currently have 4RAm and would like to increase it.

Do you mind verifying your motherboard SSID: type in system information and click on the System Information App.

You should see the "BaseBoard Product" item about halfway.  Please provide the number.

Btw, if the number is "86F0"*, you can upgrade your RAM up to 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
