Just bought HP Pavilion All in One 24-xa1009ur and M2 SSD with 4GB of memory to upgrade. But I don't understand how to open the back case

Hi,
Max RAM is going to be 32GB of DDR4 2400MHz (2x16GB) However already adding 4GB in the empty slot should be sufficient fo a performance boost.

You should check if the M2 slot is present before buying drive. It offers support for M2 SATA3 SSD and much faster M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. You will need to install the OS on the SSD for performance gain.
