HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1160xt CTO

I recently got new ram that a spent a pretty penny for because at first I had 8 gb which is not much. I then upgraded to 32gb however it’s not running at the same speed as the other ram was. It’s running at 2400 MHz rather than 2666 MHz. I’ve tried going into bios and fix it but found nothing on how to change it. Same thing with looking on line absolutely no help. Can some one please help me.
