Product: HP Z840 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have HP Z840 with 2 CPUs and 16GB memory (DDR4 2133) with 2 8 GB memory sticks, one on each CPU. I'd like to upgrade memory to 32 GB. Crucial memory shows these options:

Seeking advice on best upgrade or replacement options. If I add memory, will these work with my existing memory which is 2133 type? Do I have to use 8GB sticks since existing ones are 8GB? Or should I just replace with 32GB memory even though it will be more expensive?
I appreciate help from those that know this stuff!
