Per a previous chat session, HP said my max memory is 16G

I ran the Crucial system scan  and THEY saymy max is 32G.

Which is it ?   I understand the Crucial knows its stuff.

thanks

Yes that's what HP has listed. "Supports up to 16 GB (unbuffered) on 64-bit computers"

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05403971

But since it is DDR4 many people have upgraded to 32 GB.

And the CPU is rated up to 64 GB DDR4-2133/2400
