Hi!

I want to upgrade the memory from 8GB to 16GB, but I'm not sure what kind of memory is compatible. Would either the Kingston KCP313NS8/4G or the KVR1333D3N9/4G be compatible? The second one is discontinued, but I found a retailer who still has it in stock.

Also, the product description on your web site says that the memory can't be expanded beyond 16GB, and the largest DIMM module allowed per socket is 4GB. Is that correct?

Thanks.

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Your PC's chipset (785G) supports up to 16 GB of memory. Four, 4 GB memory modules are possible.

Crucial (Link) would be the best place to shop for compatible memory.

Regards
