Product: Pavillion All-In-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Microsoft  wireless mouse 1000 has very slow response and some time it takes more than 2 clicks. It is bluetooth mouse/keyboard combo and it is very frustrating sometime. Please suggest what is going on.

@Mok2 , welcome to the Community.

 

I believe that you need to go to Microsoft's "Download" page to find the software and driver for Windows 10.  The software and driver are provided by the manufacturer of the product.
