Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello! My computer downloaded "Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.319.2408.0)" - and now I can't turn on Bluetooth. The bluetooth driver device status reads:
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE"
Windows support told me that this was caused by hardware-software incompatibility, and that I need an HP BIOS update in order to restore Bluetooth functionality. Is this true, and if so, how do I get the right update?
Thanks!
