Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi- I cannot connect bluetooth devices to my desktop without a usb bt dongle. this computer is supposed to have BT capabilties but I don't see it anywhere in my device manager. What can I do? I want to add BT speakers and they don't come with dongles.

you may want to open the case...and check if the Wi-FI, BT combo card is properly seated on the M2 slot....

is your Wi-FI working?

my wifi is not working either i guess. i connect through ethernet but in the past I have seen 'available networks' but now I Don't see them anymore.  I opened the back and the card is seated. do i need to replace it or could there be a setting that's blocking it from working?
