I have a M.2 NVMe 8820 SSD that I want to install in a new Elitedesk 800 Workstation G4. When I went to install it, the standoff/spacer (and screw) were missing. The maintenance manual for this product, which I checked beofre purchasing, clearly shows the standoff/spacer but it is missing in my machine. I cannot find this part in HP's parts store. Anyone know what size part is needed and how can I obtain it?

you can either visit a local hardware store or online and check ebay/amazon/newegg

Thanks again. The hole for the standoff space on my machine is on the metal support (not on the motherboard) so, since I wasn't sure what size to use, I purchased an Inland M3 Nylon Spacer Kit from a local computer store. I tried several spacers to find the right length and, since the spacer wobbled a little, secured it with a small bit of superglue. Just what I needed.

Hey All, I also had trouble finding M.2 SSD Screws and M.2 SSD Standoffs for my motherboard whilst doing an M.2 SSD Upgrade. I found these guys selling them https://www.ssdscrews.co.uk and they were pretty reasonable. Delivery was cheap too
