I checked in Device Manager after installing Windows 10 2009 64bit (latest stable version) and it showed that I lacked PCI Device driver and my B&O audio could not update to B&O driver but MS driver (I checked all updates from MS Update).
Here is hardware ids of PCI:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_8259103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&SUBSYS_8259103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_522A&CC_FF0000

You need this driver for the PCI device...
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the first driver listed at the link below.
Card Reader Solutions > Card Reader Controllers Software - REALTEK
For the audio, the only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Realtek audio driver from your notebook's support page.
