I have a desktop PC that I bought December 2023 and at the time of purchase I bought a 3 year Care pack "HP 3 Years 3 Day Onsite HW Support with Risk Free for DT".  When I search for my PC under warranty support it says I am out of support.  I am not sure how to proceed here.  The carepack says it was electronically delivered and I do have the email - the pack was UA5U9E.    I cannot figure out how to connect with anyone to get help on this. Any ideas?

when you bought the extended warranty care pack was the PC system still within the normal HP warranty period? care packs cannot be activated on systems that are out of the original HP factory warranty

did you register the bought care pact to a specific HP system within the alloted time frame?

you may want to read/review hp's warranty details before contacting HP support for further help

It was bought with the PC and the email I received said that it would be automatically registered.

Edit: I am unable to contact anyone because the PC I have says its out of warranty, so I am stuck.

Edit2: found the dispute button in your 2nd link - giving that a try. Thanks
