I lost my USB receiver for my HP Wireless Keyboard and mouse.
Keyboard P/N: 704219-L31,
Mouse P/N: 704220-001.
Model:
Keyboard SK-2061
Mouse SM-2061
How and where can I order replacement USB receiver in the UK to work with this and is it easily programmed to connect to each other?
Appreciate any positive help.
Regards,
Nagendra

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
As I understand you need information on getting the USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
Did you know the receiver only works with the device it was shipped with?
That said, the only way to obtain a receiver is by getting a replacement keyboard and mouse, if your device is covered by the warranty, you could Contact HP to have it done or simply order the parts from the HP Parts Store or any local store for that matter:
You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: Click here & order it via the HP Parts store (Click here) or alternatively, Contact HP for setting up an order/service via phone support
HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:
* Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
* Enter Product number or select to auto detect
* Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
* Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number.
They will be happy to assist you immediately.
If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
If you would like to thank me for my efforts to help you,
feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,

Have a great day!
