Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, the upgrades you are requesting are not possible on the HP All-in-One 20-c003in due to the following limitations:
Processor Upgrade: Your system has an AMD Quad-Core E2-7110 APU, which is soldered onto the motherboard and cannot be replaced. The Intel Core i5-12400 requires a completely different motherboard and is not compatible.
Graphics Card Upgrade: The HP 20-c003in All-in-One does not have a PCIe or MXM slot, meaning it cannot support a dedicated graphics card such as the RTX 4060.
RAM Incompatibility: Your system uses DDR3L SO-DIMM RAM (laptop-style), but the G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 you mentioned is a desktop DDR5 module, which will not fit or work. The maximum RAM you can upgrade to is 8GB DDR3L.
What Can You Do?:
Since your current All-in-One PC cannot support the upgrades you want, the best option is to purchase a new desktop that meets your requirements. Here are some HP desktop models that can support your requested specs:
- HP ENVY TE02-0020 – Supports Intel 12th Gen CPUs, DDR5 RAM, and an RTX 4060.
- HP Omen 40L – A gaming desktop with good airflow and upgradability.
- HP Z2 G9 Tower – A workstation PC that supports high-end components.
Would you like recommendations based on your budget and specific needs? Let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist! 😊
Kind Regards,
