Monitor HP 2311x che si accende e spegne da solo

Possiedo un monitor HP 2311x che si accende e spegne da solo dopo aver sostituito la sceda madre e reinstallato windows 11. E' possibile sapere  come fare per risolvere il problema. Grazie.
