Hi there! I get a new brand  Monitor HP M24fw FHD de 23.8" and it works with other devices but not with my

MacBook Pro 13inch 2019 with a usb-c adapter hub, the computer recognizes the monitor but is the display just looks black like no video signal but not turned off.

Then I tried with the adapter HDMI to VGA, and connect it to VGA of this monitor, and it worked, but vga doesn't have the refresh rate option, and also quality should be worse.

I tried in different resolutions, colors, and refresh rates and still blank.

Any idea about what is going on ? Im using Mac Os venture 13.3.1

Hi @santirequelme,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

This monitor can be connected to 1 VGA; 1 HDMI 1.4 (with HDCP support) only.

You may check the specifications from this document.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
