Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows 10 not compatible with my GO 2009m monitor!  The monitor will boot up I get the Windows logo will show for a second then screen goes blank.  It like the monitor functions and the monitor driver are both showing at same time.  The audio function was working but again screen keeps going black

I do not suspect that Windows 10 is the problem. I suspect the monitor is not connected properly.  The spec page indicates the monitor has

1 DVI-D connector
1 VGA connector
How is the monitor connected to the PC?  What make and  model PC?

I'm not an HP employee.
