I understand you are facing a power-related issue with your HP Pavilion 22bw 21.5-Inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a hard reset:
- Power off the Monitor.
- Disconnected the power adapter from the monitor.
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the plug back.
- Power ON the Monitor and check.
