I purchased a new 27" HP monitor on November 3, 2023 (only 1 1/2 years ago). Last week it started acting up and the 3 or 4 inches from the bottom of the screen started to waver in and out periodically. It would stop briefly and then start wavering again. I took it to Best Buy today to have it looked at. They said they could not fix it because the screen was going bad (no damage). I have been purchasing HP equipment for more than 40 years and never have I had one die so quickly. The monitor that I replaced with this new monitor was more than 15 years old!!
I would like to file a formal complaint. 1 1/2 years for a monitor to die is quite unacceptable!!!!

Hey @Ravyn613,
Thanks for reaching out! I suggest contacting our phone/chat support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
