Mother Board make and model

I have recently purchased an HP Envy Desktop TE01-4020 and I am lopopkinmg for the MB make and model and layout.

Check System Information

1. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
2. Type msinfo32 and hit Enter.
3. In the System Information window, look for Baseboard Manufacturer and Baseboard Product. These should give you the motherboard’s manufacturer and model.
