I looked at the BIOS release history for your system and there was nothing there other than security upgrades which would slow down your gaming system.
Spec for upgrades is here
- Motherboard supports the following processor upgrades:ProcessorTDPAMD Ryzen 5 3500 (3.4 GHz base clock, up to 4.1 GHz max boost clock, 16 MB L3 cache, 6 cores (Matisse)65 WAMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz Base frequency, up to 4.2 GHz maximum boost frequency, 32 MB L3 cache, 6 core (Matisse)65 WAMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz Base frequency, up to 4.4 GHz maximum boost frequency, 32 MB L3 cache, 8 core (Matisse)65 WAMD Ryzen 9 3900 3.1 GHz base clock, up to 4.3 GHz max boost clock, 64 MB L3 cache, 12 cores (Matisse)65 W
Look at a GPU upgrade instead.

Try to keep the GPU at the same 500 watt power supply rating. For example. this GPU needs only 300 watts.

No, wont work.
Return the CPU or build a system as discussed here
You do not need a case, just power supply, SSD and a graphics card.
Install win11 pro and connect using remote desktop to access.
Win11 will show a nag screen asking your to register but it will continue to work. You just have to put up with the nag screen or run Ubuntu desktop.
