Motherboard Needed for HP Pavilion 23 f261 All In One PC

I'm repairing a HP 23 f261 All In One PC. The power button that is mounted on the motherboard disconnected from its solder joints and I am unable to re-solder it back into position due the micro component size of the switch and board.  I suppose I can bring it to a PC tech store to see if they would re-solder it, but assuming I can't do this, I'd like to replace the entire motherboard with new board.

I have 2 questions:

1) I have the motherboard out of the housing and I would like to locate the part number of the board so that I can start searching for a replacement. This board was manufactured in 2013. Where is the part number?

2) Does anyone know where to start looking for this replacement?

Could you provide recommendations for a RAM upgrade?

My client wants to maximize it.

I located the RAM I need through the HP Part Surfer site, which was very helpful. 

I'm upgrading to 16GB, from 4GB. This should significantly improve performance.
