I love my HP desktop, but I am highly disappointed with the motherboard, since it is very limited on PCIe ports, USB ports, no USB_f on the motherboard among a lot of other things that I would love to have that is not available on this motherboard.
Is it possible for me to replace this motherboard to a more advanced motherboard and use my same case and components?

Greetings @HardyR2P
Welcome back to the Forum.
Your PC's: case, MB, and power supply are custom parts that only work together. It is not possible to install a different retail MB (Asus, Gigabyte, AsRock, or MSI) in your system.
Other components installed in your PC's MB can be used with a different retail MB, in a different case, and a different power supply if you want to build a new PC.

I ordered a WIFI 7 card from HP Parts, and was told later by an HP technician that my current motherboard would not support it.
I am about to just do as suggested and custom build a computer based upon what I really want on my computer, while taking along some of the components from this motherboard.
I am very disappointed in HP that they would not take back the unopened, unused card back without a 25% surcharge restocking fee.
I have been a lifelong HP user/supporter, but after this type of action, I believe I am done. 😞
