I would like to upgrade the motherboard of my HP All-in-one desktop. Model: 24 G020.
With what type of motherboard I can replace my current one if possible?
Really appreciate any information

@Liz143 -- why are you considering an update? This is not something for an "amateur" (one without skills & experience in changing hardware) should not attempt.
The most-important point is that your All-In-One system was designed to fit your current motherboard. It may be impossible to find a "better" motherboard that physically will fit, and will properly interact with your display screen.
For a "desktop" computer, a new motherboard, with a new processor, and new RAM, and the requirement to purchase a new license to use Windows on the new motherboard, is VERY EXPENSIVE. There could be "compatibility" issues between your other components, once they are attached to the new motherboard.
Also, if your computer is not compatible with Windows 11, you can still use Windows 10 until October 2025. At that time, purchase a new computer.
Personally, I would NEVER try to change a motherboard on any All-In-One computer, other than to replace a "dead" motherboard with an IDENTICAL motherboard. Too much can "go wrong".

Hello
in fact, your only chance would be to be able to use an identical motherboard, of a similar model.
which limits the options
unfortunately, you have probably noticed, that this model is very little modifiable
It might be time to move on
and if you want something scalable, go through personalized computers, to be assembled yourself, or assembled by specialized shops, avoid manufacturer computers
if this one

The processor is not upgradeable.
Supports up to 8 GB on 64-bit systems

Hi @Liz143,
I would love to tell you it is possible to upgrade the MB in your AIO PC but this is not possible.
I have to agree with @Prométhée and @itsmyname on this. 😥 😞
