Your Omen 40L/45L as fitted with a FrostBreath motherboard (SSID: 8A98), can be upgraded as verified via UserBenchmark with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D (120-watt TDP) or even a Ryzen 9 7900X (170-watt TDP) -even though your motherboard specs say "TDP: Up to 65 W". We knew this was incorrect, as even your Ryzen 7 7700X sports a 105-watt TDP.
[EDIT:] Btw, when you go this route, I would strongly recommend that you watch your processor temps very carefully, as a processor cooling upgrade is almost certainly required.
In order to power/upgrade to a more powerful graphics card such as an RTX 4080 and beyond, you'll have to upgrade your power supply.

With a quality (Corsair, etc.) 850-watt power supply, you can upgrade all the way up to an RTX 4090. Carefully check the dimensions (LxWxH) of whatever card you choose for fit inside your case.
