Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a227c
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own a Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a227c.  Most of the time, it doesn't boot at all (either a complete black screen, or the HP logo comes up but then it freezes with red/blue lines).  Sometimes it boots (seems to work when it warms up a bit).  Windows comes up, and I can even log in and use it for a bit.  But eventually, it always freezes, usually with blue/red lines on the screen.

I connected a separate monitor, and the separate monitor shows exactly the same as the all-in-one monitor, so I don't think it's a display issue.

I have been able to run the BIOS RAM and hard drive checks, and those pass.

I took it to a computer store, and they think the issue is the motherboard.  Seems likely--I think the only other possibility would be the power supply, and that seems pretty unlikely.

I have called HP's technical support, but apparently the call center is closed.  Is there a way to order a replacement motherboard from HP?  Or is there a way to arrange to send my PC to HP for diagnostics/motherboard replacement?

Thank you for the response.  On the part surfer for Z5M13AA, I see two motherboards listed: 908895-611 and 908895-614.  I can find distributors for both online, but what is the difference between those two motherboards?
