Motherboard replacement

Hi,

My PC started to crash about 7months ago, lately its happening 20-50 times a day, when to a repair shop they managed to find the issue, the motherboard is faulty but they cant get a motherboard replacement.

Please advise on how to get a motherboard replacement ideally an upgrade as this one only lasted under one year I don't  think its suited to hold all the components.

Can I get a quote for a motherboard or the best alternatives available from other suppliers as the PC is unusable in its current condition.

Thanks for a quick reply, but the  PC has intel Processor i assumed the product code says that. See bellow spec

- i9 processor

- RTX 3090 

- 32GB RAM

Would the previous suggested motherboards fit the spec or alternatives are required.

The documentation leaves to be desired (like here: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/?searchtext=236B0AV). In any regard, I was attempting: A.) To find you an affordable OMEN 25L/30L Desktop motherboard, B.) To determine if the various OMEN 25L/30L Desktop motherboards would fit in your case.

From a bird's-eye view, it appears they do, because they all share the standard uATX motherboard mount points.  If the Hana AMD motherboard I posted earlier were to be a fit, you would need an AMD processor of course, but the GPU for sure and your RAM most likely would swap over.

With regard to Intel LGA115X OMEN motherboards, the HP L96320-001 (L96320-601) for example, is listed as interchangeable between the 25L and the 30L: HP L96320-001 | eBay.

You would have to carefully research your options.  If you can get a hold of HP tech support, ask them.

I would first try: https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact, provide the necessary information, and see what happens.

Unfortunately, free tech support is not guaranteed, because quote: "Some contact options require an active warranty."

You could call HP tech support by searching the web with: "HP tech support", which will display their 1-800 number you can call.  PS: better prepare a half-gallon of freshly brewed dark-roasted coffee for this exercise -assuming you are caffeine tolerant.

After surfing the internet, i have found there is a manufacturing issue with Omen motherboards and having paid a premium of £3000 for the machine that only lasted 1 year 1 month.

All  I require is a motherboard that's strong enough to hold all the components as the one initially installed went bust no replacement available on the marked begs the question why no replacements are available? and having vague answers or paid HP specialist for a manufacturing issue.

See bellow product details, can I get the best motherboard available on the market for the bellow or point me in the right direction as led me to this section as there is no support with motherboards, even a PC specialist shop couldn't find a replacement motherboard.
