What m/b do I have and where can I find a detailed image of it?

The 2Z6E2AV product number is the general product number for the entire HP PAVILION GAMING TG01-2000a model series which consists of several individual model numbers.

From what I can tell by looking up several of the models that show up under that product number, they all come with HP 'Erica6' motherboards.

HP only has the motherboard specs, no picture.

If you look at the parts list for one of the PC's in the list at the HP PartSurfer link I posted above, you can see a picture of the motherboard by clicking on the camera icon next to the part number.

I like to look on eBay to see if there are better pictures of motherboards or if there are no pictures of motherboards.

Here is a picture of the Erica 6 motherboard which shows that it only has one M.2 slot for a NVMe SSD and 3 available SATA ports.  If your PC has an optical drive, then there would only be two SATA ports available.
