Hello HP Support,
I’m having trouble claiming the warranty for my HP X200 mouse. When I enter the serial number (Edited) on the warranty page, it says “invalid serial number.” I’ve attached a photo of the label and my purchase invoice. Could you please check this for me and let me know how to proceed with a replacement or repair?
