My PC:
Hp Victus 15L Gaming Desktop

Specs:

12th Gen Intel i5-12400 2.50GHz

16GB RAM

Issue:

During normal use of this PC the mouse stutters and freezes constantly it is almost impossible to do much of anything when it starts doing this. The keyboard acts the same way and during typing it will freeze and it will keep pressing the same key until I disconnect the keyboard. I notice them disconnecting as the lights on them go out and come back and the pop ups show up that they were connected again in the corner of my screen.

Devices in question:

Logitech 502 Hero (Wired)

Razer Black Widow v3 (Wired)

Troubleshooting done already:

Driver updates

Bios updates

uninstall and reinstall drivers

Tested these devices on another PC and they work

Tested another mouse and keyboard (wired) on this PC and same issue

I have unchecked boxes in device manager for all USB ports to make sure they are not shutting them off to save power

I have tried reverting back to previous drivers

This issue has happened since I first got the computer and it is driving me insane everyday I attempt to look for a solution and cannot find one. So I am turning to the forums in hope that someone understands this issue and has a fix.

I am very tech savvy so please hit me with literally anything that I can try because I am at a loss.
