mouse and keyboard  bluetooth  connector  missing

We see that you were communicating with @zoey7886

We understand it's disappointing that your HP keyboard and mouse dongle is damaged. For most wireless combo, the dongle is specifically linked to the mouse it came with and isn't available for individual replacement. You will need to purchase a new HP Keyboard/mouse of your choice. To help prevent this in the future, we recommend keeping the dongle stored safely when not in use, perhaps in a dedicated port or the mouse's storage compartment if it has one.

Lost of bluetooth  connector  of mouse and keyboard

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Pairing the Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse with HP Chromebase 21.5 inch All-in-One Desktop! 

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.  

  

If you have lost the Bluetooth connector for your mouse and keyboard, you can follow these steps to pair them to the HP Chromebase 21.5-inch All-in-One Desktop using Bluetooth:

Install the Keyboard Batteries

  1. Locate the battery door on the bottom of the keyboard.
  2. Slide the battery door to the left and open the battery compartment.
  3. Insert two batteries into the keyboard and slide the battery door to the right to close it.

Install the Mouse Batteries

  1. Lift the cover from the opening at the rear of the mouse.
  2. Insert two batteries into the mouse.
  3. Align the latches on the mouse cover with the mouse and close the cover.

Pair the Keyboard and Mouse to the Computer

Pair During the Computer Setup Process

  1. Turn on the keyboard and the mouse.
  2. Turn on the computer. A "Searching for Bluetooth and USB devices" prompt is displayed.
  3. Press and hold the keyboard Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds.
  4. Type the six-digit pairing code displayed on-screen and press enter.
  5. A green check is displayed when the keyboard is paired successfully.
  6. Press and hold the mouse Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds.
  7. A green check is displayed when the mouse is paired successfully.

Pair After the Computer Setup Process

  1. Turn on the keyboard and the mouse.
  2. On the computer, search for and open Settings.
  3. Set the Bluetooth feature to On.
  4. Press and hold the keyboard Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds.
  5. Tap the name of your keyboard after it is displayed on-screen under Unpaired devices.
  6. Type the six-digit pairing code displayed on-screen and press enter.
  7. Your device is displayed under Paired devices after the keyboard is paired successfully.
  8. Press and hold the mouse Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds.
  9. Tap the name of your mouse after it is displayed on-screen under Unpaired devices.
  10. Your device is displayed under Paired devices after the mouse is paired successfully.
