Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I have a mouse which i have been using from few months. Today left click stopped working. To  check the details, when i entered the serial number in website or run the diagnostic tool from the hp website, neither tool detects nor the serial numbers shows valid. PS : Serial number that i entered is the 1 i got from the back of my M120 series wireless mouse.
