HP Desktop - M01-F0033w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since January my mouse is becoming less and less responsive.

Is this covered under my warranty for replacement

@Sandan49 -- if you try connecting your mouse to a different computer, is it still "sluggish" ?

On what surface is the mouse sitting on?  Anything too smooth and uniform makes it difficult for the mouse to get the reflection of its laser into the mouse. Put the mouse on a mouse-pad, to see if that helps.

Or, does the mouse have a "roller-ball", instead of a laser?

Such as roller-ball rubs against two bars, and those bars can get dirty (oils from your hands) and get "bumpy".

Is your mouse a "wireless" unit? When did you last change its battery?
