Mucho Ruido Servidor HP Proliant DL380 G4

Comencé a usar un servidor HP. Tienen 2 fuentes de poder, 5 discos duros, 2 procesadores. EL detalle es que al encender el ruido que emite es muy fuerte, como si hubiera un avión.

Alguien me puede ayudar a actualizar Bios o Firmware o Controlador, para poder mejorar el funcionamiento y que no emita tanto ruido, por favor.
