Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I formatted my all in one PC and installed windows 10, after that I found that the bios of my PC lost all the information of PC like serial number and product number.

are there any way I can add the information again?

I am not a HP employee.

 

Very unusual to see BIOS information corrupted when installing Windows.

 

I don't know of any HP approved method which allows a consumer to modify the BIOS.

 

I guess you would have to contact HP Support (Link).

 

It may not be a deal breaker if Windows 10 activates because you have a valid Windows digital license for this PC.
