HP ENVY Desktop PC TE01-3000i (4M0M1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My CarePack has expired and I'm trying to find a replacement. I get to a purchase page for an option that runs 189.99 and even have it in my cart but then it says something about unavailable.

Exactly what was your solution?? Is this a joke? Where was the solution?

Please understand I have had recent eye surgery and terminal work is slow going for me. I know I am half blind but I sure didn't see a solution or any kind of a link to extend my warranty.

By the way, your support pages are really lousy even when my eyes are working well.

Would you please repeat whatever the heck the solution was or no ... I won't accept a blank solution.
