My ssd HP EX900 M.2 500gb died with less than 8 months of use.
was purchased from JoyBuy of china (with all import duties paid). I want to know what email to be able to trigger the RMA.

sorry for the late reply. I tried to open the ticket through the HP website in China and it was in vain (only support me unavailable at the moment).
I consulted a lawyer and he explained that as it is a global company with a representative in the country, it is obliged to give the guarantee even if the product was purchased outside the country (Brazil). I sent an email directly to HP do Brazil. Now let's see what happens.
