Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse stopped working, changed battery..still not contacting.. other bluetooth device is working ok... have done all updates... how do i check or get it to reconnect.

Have you tried the Keyboard/Mouse with another computer?

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for replacement Keyboard/Mouse

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
