Hello,
While running a computing software, google chrome, and a media player, my HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b135se turned-off. I tried to troubleshoot the problem by
- changing the power source
- Unplugging, pressing the power button for 5 seconds, and then plugged it back in. Tried to power it on but did not work
Unsure if this is an issue that prevails with this model, or if I am having a specific hardware issue.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

@rao_86 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b135se turned off abruptly and it will not turn on.
Do not worry. Let's work together and get this issue addressed.
Please perform the below steps:
Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC)
If the issue persists, Access the BIOS by tapping on F10 during the restart and if the computer restarts while you are on the BIOS screen, it would confirm a hardware failure and you need to contact HP for hardware service.
However, if it doesn't turn off while you are in BIOS, restart the computer and Tap on F11, to attempt a system restore followed by a system recovery to resolve the issue (follow the screen instructions for details).
