HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V6AV)

purchased an HP Envy laptop and have noticed that the touchpad has started to chip despite careful use. Given the level of quality and performance I expected from this model, I’m quite disappointed to be experiencing this issue. I would appreciate your guidance on how this can be addressed or what options may be available. One of the reasons I chose this model was because of the high expectations I had for its quality, performance, and durability. Unfortunately, this issue is not only affecting the appearance of the device but also raising concerns about its long-term usability. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter, as I believe this may be a manufacturing defect. Please let me know the next steps to address this issue. Thank you for your time and support.
